    I would be more than happy to oblige, but this is only released in digital format, I doubt it will ever be printed. My wife would leave me if I wrote the check for what it would cost to have printed editions.

    Amazon is still showing zero copies sold, but there is no telling how long the lag in updating the statistics is. It could potentially be weeks, it certainly is not real time.

    I don't think I will be able to really buy a copy.

    I don't have a tablet. And my phone is awful for reading books. Unless there is a program on your computer that will let you read it.
