    I would say that would be the higher end price for it,
    It needs to be in great condition and totally fuctional before paying that much,(the cabinet is a nice bonus)
    and more importantly, you have to love the theme

    found a duplicate last year locally, and snagged it (non working) for $125,that was a gamble for sure (turned out to be a loose connection)

    Yes it is a Thunder Dragon! I got mine locally at a STEAL!!! My 1st Craigslist purchase Fun game! I liked it more than I expected, as I'm a vintage pachinko guy myself! Volume control inside ball tray door, 3 position switch, lowest setting acceptable for home use. Nice looking machine, a little high unless you like, and want the stand!
