COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa -- A Nebraska man got more than a penny for his thoughts when he won $1.9 million Monday while playing a video slot machine.

The man, who casino officials didn't name, won the jackpot on The Twilight Zone penny slot machine at Harrah's Council Bluffs casino. He spent about $100 before hitting the jackpot.



Casino officials said he will be paid in annual installments.

Those Twilight Zone "Penney" Slots require the max bet of 1.50 per spin to qualify for the progressive payout. You line up five Twilight Zone icons on the one (1) payoff line. I had 4 of them one time line up but I was only betting the minimum at the time (I think it is a 15 line machine).
