Default back after a long time with new toys and wanting info on 1

    just snagged 3 new machines
2 nishijin machines that look pretty old (anyone wanna chimne in on the age lol)
one is in pretty great shape excpt some rust on the frame (decided to paint the frame )

the other is pretty crispy not a spot without rust ,cell water damage, and the wood was soaked

ended up sanding and painting the frame(still need to strip the ball bucket down and paint it as well)
and had to replace the whole left side of the wood frame down to where i stoped the black paint
all thats left is to strip off the lower ball tray and finish painting it black

then i got htis one wich i cant make out the name of
it looks super old even has metal tracks on the bck for balls to travel

nice thing is all three are now working wih just a little clea up n some lube lol

    Ahh.

So you picked up this lot.

    Great price.

The third machine is a Kyoraku -(dash) 100. I Haven't see a machine like it yet. But it looks truly odd.

    100 machines and counting...

The Nishijin is a 1972. Looks like someone painted the frame green, looks kinda cool that way. I guess they figured it was too hard to mask the loading tray so they just left it as-is. I imagine the frame would be just as rusted if they had not painted it.

    Cool Machine!

bolth the nkshijin machines i had to paint the frames were jusr to far gone the one has a non rusty balk tray so i didnt bother painting it
the other with the black paint i still need to strip off the plastics and sand of the rust before it gets painted then i need to strip off the lower ball tray so i can finish paintin the rest of the machine black

Very cool lot! I especially love the green color on the old Nishijin. (it actually matches the accent color of my MAME cab if you decide you want to send me a gift, J/K)

Very nice deal overall, though. Please keep us posted on progress with them!

i went to the hardware store for the green paint and for some reason thought all 3 had the same shade of green i ended up getting a green that matched the Kyoraku

tho it does look pretty nice on the machines

bought some paint brushes today and im going to attmpt to pull the plastics off the upper try on the rotten machine so i can sand and paint the rusted metal to match
then tape off the lower tray and brush the rest of the wood black
