Sounds like an idea. I need to start up a relationship with Juno as I am sure I will need him in the future.

These things are a must if you have a number of machines/cells. Saves a lot of time and Q-tips.

They are based in Japan. Due to my dad's many trips to japan he knows right where their store is and we have bought many things from them.

Like we just got 2 of these http://www.ohirasyoukai.com/kougu/ta..._gauge004.html and 3 of these http://www.ohirasyoukai.com/kougu/ka..._gauge006.html and a pair of these http://www.ohirasyoukai.com/kougu/ku..._kougu007.html

They are built very nice and work very well. The pliers are snap-on grade and aren't cheap, but boy do they work well.

From what I read the cleaner isn't just a drill, it has a vacuum to suck the dust away from the playing field. But I may have read wrongly. I wouldn't advise putting a high speed brush near the playing field.

The Pica Cell cleaner Tool here made by SANKO does blow air throught the brush as it clean's. There are two Brushes. Fisrt the course brush is used to break down the Dirty bits. Then the fine brush to do the final cleaning and polishing.

SANKYO no longer makes these items. I have done much searching including a phone call to SANKYO in Japan about getting replacement brushes. They no longer make them. What you see up on YJA are cleaner kits that are found here and there.

Andy is correct. I only have one complete set here and one with just the course brush and no case for it. I have obtained about 10 sets over the years and have sold 8 of them to PachiTalk Members.

I do still have a few cans of the Cleaner Spray on hand and it is still available from Japan. I have a couple of poeple in Japan looking for "Bulk" purchases of these kits. This is the only way I can obtain them in order to sell them to Members here at a decent price.

Here are two videos of them in action. One from Tony Junior who I am sorry to say has left us all.

And the one I got for Dwight.

Thanks for the links and the cleaner is an interesting device. Easier than taking the machine out for a bath as in the old school vids and obviously a necessity on moderns . Wonder why they quit making them?

Those are great brushes. I picked one up in a deal from a neighbor of mopar. The brush is really nice. It sheds a little when being used but that is easily cleaned up with a basic vacuuming. (might be due to the age on mine) Otherwise the quality is very high and they work well.

another thing, the brush is not spinning, it vibrates in a small random pattern as the motor that blows the air through it works a bit like a play station controller and vibrates. It still can't get some real deep grime out but makes a 2 hour back braking job take about 10 minutes. I have done about 60 cells so far and have used less than half a can of the cleaner so the price per use is very low in the long run.
