Dora Dora handle doesn't work...

My toyotec Dora Dora lights up, when I drop a ball in the start chute the video sequence, all lights and sounds work. However when I turn the handle I get nothing.no power no clicking nothing.where should I start? Thanks in advance.

Does it have a dongle installed? Should be a computer plug (serial port?) on the left lower third of the back. Wont shoot without one. Well...it can, but modifications must be made that I'm not qualified to discuss. Post some pics please.

no dongle on a machine of this age

hate to ask the simple questions but

do ya have balls loaded in the back??? are they geting all the way to the payout motor... (a pic of the back would be a great help)

there are a few sensors on the back to make sure the machine has balls if the sensor does not sense any balls it would stop payouts and shut off the shooter handle..
