Sometimes you can drill the center of the lock loose and turn them.Replaceing a lock with a toggle switch isn't to hard.Make sure the machine is unplugged, usually it's a couple of screw holding the face of the power supply on or pressure snapped in place .

It's really pretty easy to replace with a toggle switch.

Here's some instructions on how to do it.

I put a toggle switch in my Lucky Cherry, and my Million God. It was pretty easy. I had to remove the power supply box on each to make it easier, and to reach some of the screws that hold the cover on.switch loosened 001.jpg Million God key switch was held in by tabs depressed from the inside, once loosened I unsoldered the wires.switch loosened 004.jpg An inexpensive rocker switch was purchaced from Radio Shack for about $3.00. Since the hole was square I was able to find a switch that fit the hole without enlarging it. 001.jpg Lucky Cherry had a round hole, about 1/2" I believe. All the switches I could find needed a 3/4" hole. I covered the circuits with a towel to keep the filings off, and filed the hole to fit the switch. Then I simply soldered the wires to the new switch.003.jpg Put the cover back on and put the power supply back in. 004.jpg This pic was taken before it was screwed back in place. Looks good and works great! Wasn't all that hard, and I wouldn't hesitate to do it to another. I think Gaku sells keys for odds changing...but haven't seen them for sale for awhile. If you can't get a key add a switch.
