Need some help with an E.1 error code. Machine blinks to insert medals. When I add tokens, E.1 blinks in the WIN box and then goes back to "0" after a few seconds. I've tried the reset and it will not clear the error. Any ideas on what's going on?

Have you made the full reset with the small power supply key and the steps to a full reset.

Yes, it still does the same thing after the full reset.

An E-1 code is a ram error usually so check connections to the mother board and out of the mother board.

Still looking for some help in trying to resolve an issue I'm having with my machine.
Machine blinks to insert medals with 0 showing in the WIN and CREDIT windows. When I add tokens, E.1. blinks in the WIN box and .0. blinks in the CREDIT window and then both windows go back to 0 after a few seconds. I've tried the reset on the front door with the large key and the power off reset with the small key inside and it will not clear the issue. Any ideas on what's going on?
Checked motherboard connections as someone suggested but still having issue.
