My Bulldog arrived today. Big Bear has super packing. Heavy outer box. High-density foam inserts. Heavy inner box. High-density foam block along the front top edge of the machine and around the joy stick.

Machine arrived in great shape. Clean. Volume control already fitted. I wasn't sure if I was going to like the idea of having the volume control knob sticking into the coin tray, but it's all the way off to one side and isn't even very noticeable unless you're looking for it.

If their price stay this good I'll probably be buying more.

I received my Hanabi Hyakkei E yesterday. It came in perfect condition. The double box packaging really helped with the way FedEx beats up the boxes. Thanks Gaku, I will definitely buy from you again.

    Hi Gaku,

Uk'er here. First of all just like to say your website is fantastic the detail is immense and much appreciated imo.

My question is, Super Blackjack do you ship to the UK? if you do how much does that cost, and in your experience is it better (value for money wise etc..) or would you recommend using some UK retailer/dealer/importer? and if the latter do you have links with anyone in the UK?

Also looking at the ebay site i can probably buy SuperBJ for approx £280.00GBP + £40.00GBP postage Total: £320.00

can that be improved, your advice or anyone else's advice would be great,

    Cheers.

If I'm right, isn't £320.00 about $550 US? That seems a bit high for that machine.

    Hi lean

I've never exported a pachislo machine to UK. I need to do some reseach about the cost if I try. For now, I just assume that it may be cheaper for you to purchase the SBJ from a UK vendor -- from my knowledge about cases in Canada. The issue is not only the shipping cost, but also the custom -- you may have a big bill from the authority long after recieving the product.

As for the UK vendors, I'm sorry, but I don't know any.

    Hope this helps...

indeed gaku i fear you are right - generally anything coming into this country gets smacked with a VAT bill.. +17.5% on value of item

@Pachiaddict, thanks i had a feeling it was slighty inflated pricewise.. i may wait or maybe any UK seller will read this and explain why the prices in the UK seem the usual 'inflated price' - i mean they all come from japan they are all coming in to our countries on import, maybe its just the UK system that hikes up the cost :\

althought £280.00 is the actual price postage is the other expense

Thank You Thank You. Through this site, I found out about Big Bear's Specials. My neighbor needed 5 or 6 machines for a convention and Gaku treated him well.

Is there a place on the Big Bear website to access all manuals that they have available?

I have found these to just be excellent and they have certainly aimed toward purchasing from big bear when an Austin Powers / Popeye / Addams Family become available over there.....

Yeppers. Just click on 'Support' at the left of any of the pages and you'll get a list of all the machines that there are guides for.

Just bought a damaged Beast Sapp from Mr BigBear! It's scratched on the top? Who cares I put them up high anyway. I wish he had some data on Araking though. Anyone know of other libraries with play guides. I need info on Karate Kid and Araking.
