    Default Help Identifying Bulb types

I'm having trouble looking for bulbs that fit on the score back pane labeled Bonus-Line LA-28. The board has two prongs with the bulb fitting over these prongs. Its rated at 24v. Here's a couple pictures. Thanks!

Welcome to PachiTalk! Thanks for joining our site and becoming a member.

It may help to post a few pictures of your machine and the location where that light board came from, as that will help to give a point of reference regarding the machine type and era. I suspect these are bulbs for an arrange ball machine, but cannot be certain without seeing the machine itself.

Again, welcome to our community! You will find lots of very friendly and helpful people here, so please visit us daily and post often.

    eBay Mobile - Service unavailable
there's some on eBay-that's a link from my phone and if it doesn't work use the item number.
those bulbs are commonly found at hobby shops and are used by train enthusiasts but are also available at various places online.I've bought most of mine off of eBay but have switched to LEDs for my arrangeball machines.

Thanks so much! I figured someone would be able to identify the bulb type without needing to see the the whole machine. lol
Now what about those little sleeves? The bulbs I've looked up of those types don't have them.
    Socal?

Here are pictures of the front and the internals.

Good looking machine. A couple members have that model. These machines are called arrangeballs and also incorrectly called arepachis.

I'm not too familiar with the different types. My Pachinko knowledge is very...limited.

No problem. The basic categories are moderns and vintages and among vintages there's the typical ones that payout in balls and are what the vast majority of posts in the vintage forum pertain to. Then there's arrangeballs which were only made for a few years (until '80 I believe) and much more fun to play. So you're very lucky to have one and it looks to be in great shape. Click on my username to see my profile then click on albums (2 pages). I did a write up on these machines.

SoCal = Sothern California.. Huntington Beach??

nice looking machine... you have a very sought after machine... Like Emmadog posted.. More Fun then Regular pachinko machines.

as for holders there super hard to find.. seems like some one bought som from Japan but they were several bucks each or something like that.. what I and others have done is use the inslulation off of electrial wire.. strip the wire and use the bit of inslulation that would be normaly trash.. find some wire that is same diamater as the prongs and your good to go... i have a pic of this at home i could post but im at work now.. im sure ya get the idea..

i bought some of the silicon holders from japan and they are expensive if you're outfitting a few machines. one machine no biggy. i have a bunch left over from converting to LEDs and it doesn't sound like you need any but PM me and i'll send you however many you need for free.
