Default Need a close-up shot of a Power Flash ball loader weights

Can anyone else take a shot of their ball loader mechanism? I have to toggle the sling handle in order to get a ball to jump into the launcher about 80% of the time. I think the hopper weight is not enough.

That section is fairly common to most vintages. Dirt and sticky pivot points are the common cause of these not working properly. There's an area on the right side of that piece that you can pull to release that section to where it swings out to the left and gently pop off the frame. Here are some pics to guide you(and it is easier if you remove the whole metal door from the frame). To remove the whole front tray, there is a quick pin release on the lower inside corner that you just lift up a bit and swing the door end up and frame edge down at the same time. Once you remove that weighted section from the rear of the ball tray, just clean up all the tracks and all pivot points as well as the tracks on the rest of the front tray section(anywhere you see that a ball contacts an area, clean it up). The balls should flow through much easier after that just like clockwork.

There are two pieces that can be adjusted up or down. I wish I could tell you their names but I can't.

One is located on the left side of your picture (but not shown in the picture); it is a plastic piece that is pivoted by contact with the shooting handle and is secured by two screws. One of the screws has a star washer and the entire plastic piece can be pivoted up and down slightly. I would start with this piece and adjust it up slightly to see if it gets better or worse.

The other piece is shown in the pictures and is the large plastic piece that is attached to the metal door with three screws /bolts (two or three of which usually have washers). The entire piece can be adjusted up and down slightly. Most times this piece is centered on the largest washer but not always.

Rival has a video posted of the entire assembly being removed and re-installed.

Thanks Naha13, CarlW, took apart the ball mechanism and adjusted the internal ball tray plate all the way down and also adjusted the plastic trigger switch so that the lowest point of the hand matches at level with the wood. Greatly increased the hopper accuracy from 80% to 98%.

Some issues I ran into while doing this first attempt:

    1) Forgot to take photos of all the screws, (will have to spend more time now to ensure every screw/washer is back in its proper place
    2) NEVER twist off those square metal clips when trying to take off the win tray (I like that term instead of payout tray )
    3) Cover you E-clips with a zip-loc bag while popping them off
    4) When in doubt, ask your fellow Pachi members because knowledge is power.

    thanks again!

In the Navy we called them "JC" clips. Every time you took one off, it would zing across the room(never to be found), followed by Jeez@# Chr$%! a few other remarks.

Have had luck gently prying e clips off with the smallest flat screwdriver. They don't go flying. Just twist the screwdriver slightly or pry on the smaller clips.

Can use the same screwdriver to unfold the tabs on the square "locknuts".
