He's a car salesman or manager isn't he? So I would guess he works way to much to be offering ebay auctions or any other business venture with proper customer service.

About $.05 and another $.05 for a case and $.50 to ship it.

    Deant

I went down this road a few weeks ago with this Crook, Liar, and words I canÂ’t say here. I left bad feed back on E-Bay about this same issue; the problem is do we not get it when we read bad feedback or do we think this will not happen to me. This Dave guy needs to get kick off E-Bay but E-Bay will never do anything.
My sister got scammed for $1000 sending a Money Order for a car before Pay-Pal got stated. FOR ALL MEMBERS AND GUESS ON THIS SITE READ MY E-BAY FEEDBACK ON HIS ITEMS
    ( My E-Bay I.D. is OL.BIRD ) thatÂ’s me Olpachiman

eBay used to care. Last summer David and I would watch and discuss his auctions. He would open under a new name, buy his 12 $1 positive feedbacks and offer a machine for sale. He would run 1 day auctions, start his opening bid of $349 and still most of the time, eBay would find him and delete him.

He'd open under another new name. Sometimes he would sell a machine, I pm'ed a few of those people who did manage to complete a purchase with him before eBay booted him. Everyone, said the same as you are. Now these were slots not this book. The name constantly changed but the ads we unmistakable. He would refer to them as retired Las Vegas slots, photoshop an arm on the side of them and make a small reference in the ad about using the spin knob to start the reels.

About every three days, eBay would catch on and his latest incarnation would be removed.
    Meanwhile, somewhere in Oklahoma.

It seems like this guy has burned enough people on this forum (for the record, I am NOT one), perhaps if you all got together and signed a petition and presented it to Ebay, you might have some clout?

I was able to find out about him because of this site, unfortunately it seems like a lot of people get burned from this guy before they find this site. Just an observation on my behalf!
