Here is a template for the missing see saw dust cover. Print with "page scaling" None.

Make sure the graph paper squares are 1/4" on your print out.
Cut out paper slightly over sized.
Use double back, cellophane, tape and tape template to small piece of plexiglas.
Drill holes first.
Cut out shape with band saw on slow speed (completely remove outline).
