That's pretty close to what I was thinking for upstairs in mine. My ceiling slopes a bit more than yours I think. The length is hard to judge from the pic, but it's not quite 12ft wide on mine and the lines are just thrown in, not to scale. Trying to determine how far out from the wall to put them as I do't want to cover the front window. I was thinking on possibly using ottomans or padded stools/benches for the seating rather than normal chairs or bar stools, just so I could keep the machines as close to the wall as possible yet have room for ball feeds and returns.

How much clearance is there actually on top on your for the ball feeds?

I have 30cm above the machines on the front, ceiling slopes 45°.
It's really not much to build a ball system, but i'm managing

    And another 2 months pass...
Not much to show, but I continued with the top part, almost all the dividers (between the machines) are in...
    Looks very neat...
Here are 2 pics I made.

In the meanwhile, I continue with planning the bottom doors. I just need a bit more measuring, and they can go in. Then I need to go back to the woodstore to have some new panels made, some just a couple of millimeters smaller, because measuring and cutting / screwing / building are not always the same

I think I should do this for mine, but then again I dont play with them all the time or even on a regular basis. I have 3 machines that are basically in storage and have not been played in years. What you are doing is cool though.

Great work! I've been thinking on setting mine back from the edge and doing a ledge also. Not only for having the ledge, but also so that the weight of the machines isn't all right on the front of the base. I bought some remnants for cheap from Menards (lumber supply store) that were left over from them doing people's kitchen cabinets. They were about $2 for 4 foot lengths. Finding 3 matching at that time was impossible so I'll either mix/match or go back and see if I can find more. Mine is 11.5 long or so.

What material are your panels made of? I'm likely going to carve mine eventually, but those look really nice.

I guess mine are just Particle board - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia with veneer.
My machines are actually on the edge, the ledge is overhanging so your feet can go under it...
I don't know the maths behind it, but I can swing open 3 machines at least without the structure even feeling less sturdy, let alone tip over...

Ok, for the past couple of weeks I've been working on the cabinet doors. I can happily say they are done now
I only need to get some door knobs.

Next up: finishing the ball delivery system. You don't see it anymore, but that doesn't mean there is not more work to be done on them

The chairs are from a casino supply store here in Belgium.
