Presentation from France and problem with Batman Heiwa

I'm Régis and I live in France. I'm married and i've got 2 childs.

I've got some pinballs, a dart, a pachinko (Aladdin), a Nintendo Playchoice, other stuff and since some days ago 2 pachinko : Batman Heiwa and New Sea Story Sanyo.

When I bought the new Sea Story , i was out of order. Just no sound ! a cable missed. that's repaired.
Jsut a question about the gain : I win 4 balls in the central pocket and more 10 in tre other pocket in the low. Is it right ?

My pachinko Batman is silver color. Is the original color ?
My big problem is with this pachinko. When it start, a girl repeated in Japanese that "the memory was erased".




Next the balls in the Reard ball feader Tray down all i, the ball shooter tray. What's the problem . This pachinko was bought OK according to the seller.

WELCOME TO PACHITALK.The first question the payout is correct for center pocket and outside pockets.The machines do come in different colors, depending on model#'s.The last problem is, You might need to reset the machine by pressing a button on back circuit board andpressing it in and holding it in turn machine off 5 seconds turn back on let go of button..If the balls are falling through the ball dump switch needs to be shut off.Follow ball trackto ball counter mech. You will see a lever to turn off ball dump. That will stop balls .How many balls do you have in top back hopper.The warning voice can also be for out of balls in hopper or a ball jam in machine.I hope this helps you, let us know about problems.

Sounds like most of the questions sorted. Are all the balls going to the front of the shooter tray. It may be catching up on won balls. Try keep refilling the back. Try turning the power off, then back on while pressing the reset buttons on the back.

this frame shouts at you if the memory resets. I turn on the power strip for about 10 seconds, off and then back on again. this stops the yelling

I reseted my pachinko this morning. I don't know if it will work because when the girl says that memory was erased the pachinko doesn't seem to answer, but now the balls stay in the front tray. Yes, that's much funny to play.

For the sentence about the memory, no solution yet

There is a switch in teh front Tray ? What-is it ? The new Sea Story did not.

I've got only 150 balls Christmas Father bring 500 more (if i was a good husband)
I know that's not enough but buy balls en France is expensive with the shipping coast (from USA)

It missed a lock for the Batman, a key too. All this costs more expensive that 2 pachinko.
I spend as little by little with all my games, my wife could scream

Im not familer with your modern machines... but there are weight sensors on all pachinko, to let the machine know when the back top hopper is low on balls... when it is low on balls then alarms will sound and the machine should stop working...

as for the ball dump it is impossable to see in your pictures... as your looking at the back of the machine... it is located in the upper right section of the machine... when you load the machine with balls it is a lever that will allow the parlor / owner to dump them straight to the bottom hopper in the back... (for service)... if your Pachinko balls are staying in the hopper and your machine is paying out i would recomend not bothering with it... some day you will find it and bump it.. dumping all your balls on the ground... then it will need to be manualy reset... but if it aint broke dont fix it...

basic machine manual. Tells you various buttons etc Including frint and back. Note on this frame the ball dump is on the front.. I don't see a dongle in your pics. Just an empty 21 pin socket. Does it shot balls ok?

I don't think there are enough balls in the hopper on top for the sensors to shut off.Put all but 25 balls in the hopper and see if the voice shuts off.Use the other 25 to shoot with.The hopper will enpty quick and the sound will come back on.

the only time that Heiwa frame has a voice is from a ram clear at start up. The machine only lights a light for out of balls but keeps working. I have two in this frame and converted both to cyclic due to how forgiving it is to being out of balls.

I forget the dongle for the photo (It was on the New Sea Story).
I already download the manuel (important to find the dump hole) but i didn't find the answer for the red circles.

If i put 75 balls in the top hopper and 75 in the down, the sentence still repeat (even if I keep the switch pressed in the top hopper)
A friend have the same problem with a lupin the 3rd (this pachinko comes from the same imported consignment)

I'll pm you the price for 500 or 1000 balls from the Uk when I get home. Unless you know someone here I can send too. I normally charge £25 for 500 balls plus postage.

The big red circle you show could be the back of a speaker. The little circle could be the volume control.

The little circle don't change the volume. There's a buton on a top card with 2 positions for the sound.

And now my family says that the lady is nice. My children enjoy repeating this phrase in Japanese.

Once this sequence is completed, the pachinko works fine.
I don't find the solution. Why talk about my pachinko forgotten
probably the memory that reflects the parlor stats...

It is even more enjoyable to play the New Sea Story. we lucky winners usually balls.

Here, we buy a House en february 2012 and a gameroom in wich a little gameroom is planned for my games (about 25 m²)

I don't close this post until i've got more balls and solve my last problem mentioned above.
