Penguin Paradise Set ID error, need help please.

Hi Everyone,
I'm a rookie and would REALLY appreciate some help.
My Penguin Paradise machine is giving me an ID reset error or something similar.
I've had the machine for a few years, but it has been sitting unplugged for a few months
and when I plugged it in again recently, it flashes "Set ID"

How am I supposed to Set the ID?

it could be asking for a reset with a level choice being made if the memory was lost

It should just need a full reset.Turn machine off, turn small key on power supply to right. Turn machine back on ,press reset button to show 1through 6 on the led display inside of door1 is hardest odds to 6 easiest odds ,once decided on odds press and hold spin knob down 5 seconds then turn small key left. The machine should reboot to full play again.

Thank you very much! It worked, now I'm getting a E-1 error from what I've read it's a hopper error.
Working on that now. Thanks again VERY helpful.

The E1 can be a hopper jam ,or hopper empty, or a loose connection to the hopper.It can also be a dirty sensor on the hopper.It acts like a simple fix good luck.

You have been VERY helpful about my last post, Thank You!
Sorry to be a pain, but after fixing the Set ID, and correcting the E-1 error(thanks to your advice),
I now have a E-2 error. Any thought?

The E-2 can be a coin jam in the token slot that is stuck or not passing through the sensor or a token is stuck in the hopper.Try emptying the hopper and manually spinning the bottom of the hopper that looks like an old phone dial and see if a token kicks out freely.There may be a yellow button on the power panel that will spin the hopper backwards to clear a jam.See if that works.

Thanks, Yose. Very helpful! I took the hopper and assembly apart and used some canned air to clean, etc.
I've cycled about 500 coins through, without any errors, I think it might have worked.
