Well it was time for a NEW snow blower. So I went out and did it...
I bought a BEAST 32" pro Ariens which means it will NOT snow this winter at all...
Be happy people in the Philadelphia area, it will not snow now...

Well Sid I am not NOT sure about the ENTIRE East coast, I think there are parts of the New England area that are NOT going
to be affected... I have some power BUT not that much!

Heh! Years ago we had a hurricane come by and knock out power for 18 hours. I went out and bought a generator right after that, it's still sitting new in the box. Go figure!

Looks like a fun new toy. You'll probably be cranking it up around Easter.

I'm ready for any snow. Bring it on! I no longer have the GoPro mounted on it. I lent it to an extreme friend of mine.

That's what I like about the desert - if I want to see snow, I just drive up to the mountain, throw a few snowballs around, then go home where I don't even own an ice scraper(except my least favorite credit card)!

I lived in the Philippines for 5 years which celebrates Christmas from the end of September to about Jan 1st or so.
I mean the malls have Christmas stuff going up and by mid October they have a huge Christmas tree in the park that is plastic and huge (so no one steals it) (seriously).
It's like 40 feet high. The malls are all playing Christmas songs and people are putting up lights on their houses.
The thing is the only snow these people have ever seen other than on TV is in a "Halo Halo" a bizzare but good dessert made of crushed ice and so many other ingredients you'd call me a liar if I posted them.
The coldest is got where I lived was about 80 degrees at night in the winter!
I never missed snow while I lived there, but it was fun to go swimming at night in the middle of winter.
Best part of Christmas over there is all the fireworks you get to shoot off at midnight Christmas Eve turning into Christmas day.
No snow but tons of fireworks!

we did have some light snow flurries about 30 years ago, it melted as soon as it hit the ground

we uually do get a few mornings in jan with some frost on the ground

Ahhhhhhhhhhhh brings back memories of the early 70's in Milwaukee,Wisconsin 3 Feet snow drifts slush snow 10 below wind chill and a Mongomery Wards 4hp 2 stage snow thrower . Thats why I like the Central Coast of California since 1983 . Very Nice machine !!

No snow here yet but it's so cold with the inversion of valley fog,haven't seen sunlight for about a week.The temp is up to 23 degrees, and down to 18 at night.

Well I have 15.5HP to throw the snow, GOOD thing is NOT coming...
The most we ever got was a little over 2 foot at one time and that is enough...
