I thought some of our members who are interested in Baseball might like this. It looks to me like it was adapted from a British Allwin machine

Restored and 100% working 1972 Chicago Coin Mini-Baseball coin operated arcade game. Plays like new. Game includes the optional (in 1972!) bottom base. This base can be removed and the upper portion of the game hung on a wall to save space. Has animated players that run the bases based on your skill in hitting the ball on the field. Game is a mixture of pinball and pachinko. Great game for baseball fans or coin op collectors. This game is all electro-mechanical and does not contain circuit boards.
