Pachinko pockets don't close or open!

When a ball goes into one of my pockets, it just stays open when the ball is sappose to make it close. When i try to close it with my fingers it just re opens. and also another pocket won't openat all when it is sappose to when a ball goes into a different pocket. How do I make it to where the pockets close and open like they are sappose to?

Might be a problem with its linkage I think, but the pocket is sappose to close shortly after the balls enters it. Any ideas ?? Would mean alot.
