it will not pay out untill it has more then 50 credits..
keep the credit total at 50 and keep puting 3 tokens in with each spin.. when ya hit a winner it should pay out then..

Thank you Moparformances, I just tried that and the machine sounded an alarm and gave me HE error..any thoughts?

your hopper may need cleaning or a token may be jammed,
you can try turning the wheel at the bottom of hopper to see if it turns freely
