Looney Tunes - Hopper not paying out credits.

I just bought two Looney Tunes machines. Both seem to be working fine and they both pay out tokens if you go over 50 credits, but they both have the same problem:

If you have credits on the game, the hopper does not pay out when you push the small gray button on the front of the game. Isn't it supposed to? Both Looney Tunes are not paying out their credits. The red LED on the main computer board does light up when I push the gray button, so I know it's working.

Can anyone with a Looney Tunes tell me if your hopper pays out credits when you press the button?
Is there a setting or switch I need to activate?

I know some machines require you to hold the button in for 5 or 6 seconds to get it to pay the credits, you may want to try that.
