Need help with NEWGIN

Hi guys. I just picked up another pachi and need a bit of help, being this my first electronic machine. The machine (NEWGIN) won't hold any payout balls. Everytime I dump them in the upper tray in back, they all come right back out to the center fron tray. At first they would spill out the into the bottom back (not front) reload tray. I found a little button in back (reset?) and pressed it. The balls now come out the fron as mentioned after pressing this button. There was a 70 displayed (see pic) and then a CE. Now it just displays a score. Nothing happens when I press this little button in back. Does anyone have a clue as to what can be going on? Does anyone have a manual for this type of machine? Thanks.

It acts like the ball dump is open at the back of the machine usually above the ball counting mech, maybe a little lever or a button you press to close it.That closes the ball bypass and redirects the balls back to the ball count mech.It can also be that the machine is catching up on payout count and will payout until it catches up to the proper count of balls.You might have to keep feeding it balls until it quits on it's own,if youv'e closed the ball dump.Most of the moderns will do this,in case of a ball jam or it runs out of balls, the machine keeps a count of payout balls owed in a winning jackpot.

Thanks! It was catching up on payout. Wierd thing is that the sound is not working. It used to be loud but now its barely audible. I know this may be a blessing because it was really loud, but I like my things working correctly. I made sure everything was plugged in and the switch for the volume control was switched to all 3 positions. Any suggestions?

sounds like a poor speaker connection on either end

Maybe a worn volume switch, try flipping it through the 3 clicks back and forth,it might have a worn contact inside.It could be a loose ground wire also.

Found the problem. I have a flower on top of the jackpot that won't open. Is this fuse related or the little motor behind the flower? Do you have any idea what the little knobs in the posted photo are for? When I turn one, the hammer (ball launcher?) keeps going without having to turn the knob. Don't know what the other is for. How about the numbered display in the middle. What do the numbers represent? The one pictured shows a 70, but it's always random. Thanks for all of your advice and info.

My guess is that the numbers are connected to the chanches of a feaver

3 in a row should trigger it

more then a jackpot.. the larger jackpot door will open allowing verry easy and multi balls to fall in it..

if ya need a hand feel free to ask.. i dont get down the hill much but always willing to lend a hand..

The little knobs are I think sensitivity adjusters for the shooterknob and speed of the shooter.The flower on top may not open until the jackpot hits and then opens up foe the fever rounds?
