Does it have a transformer from the wall plug to the machine? If so check to see if it's bad.You didn't cut wires while machine was on did you,.Make sure you hooked wires back the the right way.

I have the transformer all checked and working fine no the machine was not on or plugged in when I cut the wires. All the wires are connected correctly to the right ones will the machine not power up if reels are missing. It's so frustrating I just want my machine to fire up lol

Do any lights come on when you turn it on.Why are the reels missing. If the reels aren't connected it should show error and sound an error.Everything should be connected to make the machine work properly.

Also is the transformer the correct power conversion,it should be 24 volts output.

Is the power switch good in the power supply, open the power supply and check for a loose wire or a bad switch. bypass the switch and see if it powers up.

Are the ground wires connected. You could have a bad power supply, because no fluorescent lamps are on either. Is the reset key on by mistake as in turned to the right. It might be in reset mode if the key is to the right.

No tried every way possible with the reset key and nothing still lol its weird because that was the first thing that I thought power supply but when I tested it on the multi meter it was fine I think its shorting out some ware what happend was one of the reel sensors went so I thought I would try and be clever and wire the senser plug wires in to oneof the other reels when I tryed the machine after it didn't turn on so first thing is wire it all back to how it was and check fuses but the fuses are fine lol

You have to do a full reset.1st turn machine off 2nd turn reset key to right 3rd turn machine back on 4th press reset button to 1thru 6 on led display to desired # press spin knob down for 10 seconds and turn reset key left. machine should fire up.

Most machines only have two fuses maybe three. I would double check them and look for a hairline break in them. The power supply one and the reel stop board have one and maybe the main board somewhere. You have power to the supply but nothing past there. The reset button does not work, have you tried the door reset by turning the door key to the left,or is there a reset button on the inside of the door to press. Is the connection to the power supply correct from the transformer to the terminal, and in the right port.

It could still be the transformer, Even if it has 24v on the output the voltage could drop when under the load of the machine. I have had transformers fail this way so it is worth checking.
