I joined the pachislo owners club with a million god

I went to rescue some vintage pachinkos today and talked myself into my first pachislo. The guy was afraid to mess with it due to the menu that popped up when he plugged it in so I worked it into the deal and drove home with it for $20.

The gold plating is a little worn and I need to pull the reels out and clean the light sockets and snug the bulbs as I have a flicker on three of them (I think they worked lose on the trip home) but it is in great shape and real clean inside and out.

Even I am shocked that I rather enjoy playing it, even if it is hard with only 24 tokens and the error alarm is rather catchy (I hope I will not hear it anymore as soon as I get my tokens from Gaku)

I just got the English manual from stealthhomeamusement.com for my recently acquired Million God. Although I thought the $12.95 price was a little high, it can be downloaded directly to your computer and the customer support was great and I found the manual to be very, very helpful. I would have never figured everything out on the menu screen without it...like adjusting the volume...it was LOUD. Lots of settings can be adjusted, winning history, token in/out history and 4 mini games to name a few functions...it will even graph your biorythm..I didn't even know I had one. Anyway, forget watching the reels...the same combinations do come up but instead watch the numbers on the video screen...and enjoy.

I am catching the pattern on the reels now and am having fun with it. I am seeing patterns for when you stop the reels in different orders and catching some tells when they stop in out of standard but still losing combos. Lots better to play with 1000+ tokens on hand rather than with the door open and only 24.
