Belly Glass Won't Light Up, Bulbs Brand New...

I just got a new machine and thank god the only problem is that the belly lights wont light up. I am frustrated because I thought an easy bulb replacement would do the trick... No such luck though. Seems I have a bigger issue at hand. The two lights were wired to what I have pictured below. Any ideas would be great, I have no idea if I had to replace this where I would get one but it is a Devil May Cry Machine. If that matters.

Are you sure the new lamps are good, and are snapped in the sockets correct.

When I plug the bulbs into another machine they work just fine.
I am pretty sure I am plugging them in alright. I will try again now...

... Yep, nothing.

Any ideas? Is there something I might have to do somewhere else inside the machine? Or should I focus on that thing I took a picture of?
