Most casual sellers just use the boxes that came from their machine purchases. Most major cities will have box stores and local moving companies too.

try the yellow pages, here theres a place called the boxman that sells all types of them
I've looked at the local Uhaul and they didn't carry the right size. A friend of mine works at a corrugated manufacturing plant but they don't make the size box I'm looking for. I'll give the yellow pages a look.

Off note, there was a big push some years back of using Popcorn instead of foam peanuts. I wonder what ever happened to that, some times it was pretty fresh to eat
