    Default Mega Liquidation Store

What a joke. The "Mega Liquidation Store" is a traveling flee market that usually sets up in vacant large mall stores that have gone out of business. This weekend they moved into Indianapolis - Lafayette Square Mall, the old J.C.Penny store.

Their radio ads say they have slot machines and refer you to their website - http://www.megaliquidationstore.com/ The "Indianapolis" link in their website says they have "thousands of slot machines". I didn't expect very good prices. But, heck, with 1000 machines there must be something interesting.

What they don't tell you in either their radio spot or on the website is that they charge you $5 just to walk in the door.

Well they didn't exactly have thousands of machines. Total count 62 pachislos. All low-end machines that they were selling for $300 to $500. Their $299 machine was a $50 Oh Hanabi. All machines were things that would probably go for under $100 on eBay, if anyone bid on them at all.

Actually, this is how I got my first Pachislo. I didn't pay the $5 to get in, I smoozed the girl at the gate and she let me slide. They had about 50 or so there. I didn't know what was what then so I just bought the Azteca Legend because of the Mexican/Western type theme. (I recently went to Cancun and thought it would go nice with some of the trinkets I got there). Anyway, the machines were from DGI (that's what he told me and the tech line # he gave me matches DGI's) and I paid $225 no tax. He wanted $400 but I pestered him for about 3 hours and he broke down. I guess that I spoke a little Spanish helped since the guy was Latino? He he threw in 1000 tokens, so it wasn't too bad of a deal. That's what started it all for me, then I found this awesome site. So I have them to thank for my new found hobby which ultimately led me here. So here's a to them!

This little blurb has kept me from being stupid twice on more than one occasion.

If your question is directed at me, the machine is clean as a whistle inside and the front is near mint. The sides are good and I will give them a quick paint job at some point. It came with a 1 year warranty and an 800 number for tech support. Nowing what I know now, I would probably not pay what I did for it (maybe like $50 less), but you live and learn. I am very satisfied with my Azteca Legend. It is now my 2nd favorite machine as the HH has surpassed it for 1st place.
