Custom Pachislo.com fantastic service
Good Evening forum members,
I just received my first Pachislo machines this month. After reading through this god send of a forum I decided to order from Custompachislo.com.
I ordered not knowing what to expect as would anyone buying from an internet vendor.
Frank at custompachislo made my experience AMAZING, best customer service I've ever seen.
I am a manager in service myself and i dont think i could of even come close to the level of service he has given. He has held my grown 35 year old hand through what im sure was an annoying amount of emails to him and continues to do so.
I ordered the Playboy and Devil my cry machines and i could not be happier. I can not say enough great things about this company. I ordered my machines on a Friday and recieved them by Wednesday. Fedex beat the crap out of the boxes but they packed them so well not a single thing was damaged.
Although, a little piece of advice, open the boxes in a garage or outside the packing gets EVERYWHERE lucky I opened them in my garage and 3 canisters of wet/dry vac later the packing was cleaned up. This is not a complaint by any means im glad they packed them the way they did.
