    Default Getter Mouse Machine

Hello All. I am new to the site and was hoping to get some help.
I have a Getter Mouse machine. The other day my kids were playing it
and hit the bonus. The machine started making noise and spitting out the
winnings. But now it is just making the noise and won't reset. Any clue
on what to do. I have filled it up with tokens, turned it on and off but nothing
    works.
    THANKS

sounds like the switches are in the reset after bonus round setting

your going to have to do a full reset...

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------

In order to change odds, machine must be in idle mode with no tokens or credits
being played. Locate internal toggle switch (red tipped or silver with on/off tabs)
or insert key into internal key switch (if your machine came with 2 keys).
Machine must be turned OFF. Turn key clockwise or flip reset toggle switch to
the "ON" or "ODDS" position. Turn main power switch ON to access
    programming mode.
A number from 1 to 6 will be displayed on the CREDIT meter on the front door or
on a display inside the door. Locate the reset button. This will be located on
your power supply. On SAMMY brand models, the button is on the inside of the
    door only.
Depress the button and notice movement of number being displayed on the
credit meter. Once the desired level is displayed (1 to 6) pull "spin reels" handle
(black or red knob on front door) down, like you are going to spin the reels, to
lock odds level into machine memory. Turn key switch back or flip toggle to
"OFF" or "PLAY" position. Machine should immediately initialize. You will know
the machine initialized if the "Insert Medal" light starts flashing. If not, make sure
you remembered to press down the "SPIN REELS" lever.
If it still doesn't initialize, turn power to the OFF position, wait 15 seconds and
turn power switch back to ON position.

Thanks for the quick response. Would you happen to know how to do a full reset.?
I did not get an instruction book with the machine and don't know much about it.
    Thanks.

    Hello, welcome to PachiTalk

The reset is as described above, be careful to follow all the steps carefully as it is easy to accidentally miss something out

Good luck And do let us know if this solves the problem:

Welcome to PachiTalk! Were you able to reset the machine with the hard or soft reset that Mopar and Yose recommended?

Thanks for the replies everyone. Yes, the front door shows HE and it did run out of tokens during the bonus. I have tried both ways to reset it but neither worked. I first tried the easy reset. I filled the hopper and then turned the key to the left. Did nothing. I also tried the odds changing. I was able to get the numbers to change and i thought i follwed the directions carefully but machine is still stuck. Gonna try this way again tonight. THANKS AGAIN.

The hopper acts like a token is jammed inside.Empty out the hopper like lucydog said and spin the bottom of the hopper by hand. There might be a reset button on the power supply to reset and clear the hopper. It should be an easy fix. Also clean the sensor on the hopper with a little glass cleaner and dry it good. The error codes are a general warning It can be hopper jam , hopper empty ,token jam.A loose connection on the hopper can set it off.The problem should be an easy reset.
