Hi, I'm new here and looking for a fully working Pachinko machine, I'd actually like a Starwars machine but anything considered.

I don't know if it's a long shot or not with this site being mainly US orientated but I'm giving it a try :-)

Keep an eye on Gumtree and ebay. Seems to be the popular. Or import yourself. But that may cost about £300 upwards.
All important thing is number of balls. For a modern 500 minimum but really 1500-2000 is best It seems alot but during fever. You will see why.

Star Wars is always popular.
Some one has the playing field (cel) on ebay at the moment but for £200. I would wait for a complete machine.
The other one on the bay located in tunbridge wells. Not sure on the game play but its the same frame as my cutie honey

Thanks very much for the welcome, link and the advice, much appreciated. I wouldn't have realised the amount of balls suppiled is important. I think I'll have to bide my time and wait for a machine that's reasonably nearby. If I paid alot more and imported one my Mrs might throttle me! So the psychologial aspect of "Great deal!" is important. I looked at a an Azteca pachislo currently on e-bay that's realatively nearby. Didn't think I could justify the purchase as it's Pachinko I'm interesed in, then I saw an Ultraman ST Pachislo get listed that's just one town over. I said NO! to myself as I hit buy it now. Should arrive Friday :-)

Congratulations on your purchase. Pics are a must here As with pachinko. Make sure you have plenty of tokens. About 500. But other members can advise better.

Ah. The problem. Yes That I understand. That's why I get my machines delivered to the company head office. Then I can collect them at my leisure (when it's safe to do so)

Welcome to PachiTalk Paul!!

We do have a few quite active UK members here and we often post about Pachinkos and pachislos we find for sale in the forums.

The disadvantage to being in the UK is that we seem to no longer have importers here, although a few of the members do their own buying and importing direct from Japan, we generally find most on eBay, private sales etc

The good thing is that you are looking for a Star Wars pachinko and I believe a lot of these were imported into the UK a few years back, most UK members will probably have one in their collection and it may just be a matter of waiting a short time for one to be available.

Pachinko balls can be a bit difficult to source here, so pachinkos with a large quantity accompanying them will attract a higher price. Again some members will sell them occasionally, and some members have found alternative suppliers of similar sized ball bearings. I can't comment on them myself as I only have genuine ones bought many years ago, but other members can probably advise.

Congrats on the Ultraman ST, I have one in my collection too and whilst I'm more of a pachinko gal, my little boy loves the Ultraman characters and the animated sequences on this one
