Sankyo Macross Bitsy cabinet - Lots of Ball rejects

Greetings, My macross Bitsy cabinet is getting a lot of rejects in this compartment.

Please see arrow below, Any idea what might cause this?

can you post another pic for further away for location??

can some one with a Macross explain how this feature is suposed to work..

cleaning the balls and tracks won't hurt

Can you post pics of the frame from a little farther back and the drain hole on the cell from front and back. It looks like the small plastic cover may be missing from the back of the cell drain and that would let balls fall into the frame.

oops, when I looked at the pic again I see that is the door and not the frame Now I agree with Lucky, clean the ball paths real good and see if that helps

I was able to jam a network cable (with the end cut off) and free a jam that was in there.
