Well, it looks like it is almost all here but it is not working. When it is powered on the screen flashes and goes blank or just a green line across one end. I hear fuzz from the speaker and it takes quarters but nothing changes otherwise. it is missing the hopper so I don't know if that would make it not start a game.

well, I reseated all the connectors in the arcade cab, re hooked 2 grounds that were not attached (still one ground strap loose but I have no clue where it goes)
and booted it up. still nothing but the screen is a solid blue now.
all 3 lights are on in the power supply so it is working and all the fuses are good

and I can get the sound board to do it's self test but I trigger the coin mech and press the button to start a game and nothing...

I think it is a loss, rom chip 5a is missing and rom chips 10 and 12 are in the wrong slots and rom 12 has a pin broken off in the socket for chip 10

looks like I will be building a mame cab

I will be starting a new thread over in the MAME section as I dig into this and learn what I am doing with this conversion. I have the computer sitting in a pile and will get it running tomorrow and I will take pics during the whole ordeal so you all can laugh at my attempts
