Default Okumurayuki – Victory - Monako

My sources tell me that Okumura Yuki is the designer of this game and that the characters on the back spell the word “Monako” which is the name of the Machine but otherwise has no real significant meaning in English.

The Machine appears to be made by DAI-ICHI SYOKAI CO. LTD. or Daiichi... has a lot of the same hardware as the "Hi-Deluxe, New Vanguard" model.

I have seen some other references on this site to "Victory" model which is also on the front of the Machine in two locations.
    Any other opinions?

that is some great info as I have an older Daiichi and my newest vintages are Okumura Yuki (with a model "C" style back) but this has features of both. I never even thought that the tow companies could have been related but this proves that the history of pachinko has been fluid and changed-mixed-merged-split lots over the years.

I would call it an Okumura-Yuki. Because The Diiachi is only the back parts and the rest is Okumura-Yuki. The Monako I would say seems to be a branch off of Okumura-Yuki.
