    Thumbs up CustomPachinko.com experience

    Folks,
I just wanted to say a few words about Frank and CustomPachinko.com.

I have had an old Sankyo Dancing Night Fever for a dozen or so years that was just getting tired. Loose nails, intermittent display, and was thinking about a new machine.

I sent CustomPachinko.com an email on a Sunday (4th of July weekend asking about stock) and to my surprise it was answered in about an hour!
A couple emails later (the same day) I had an invoice, paid, and a shipping number.
The machine shipped Tuesday, and arrived at my home before I did on Wednesday.

Despite FEDEX's best attempts to destroy my Die Hard maachine (I almost refused the package when I picked it up) the machine was in fine shape due to excellent packaging and a half-ton of shreaded foam insulation...although that shreaded foam will live in my house for months .

I'm on a hunt for another machine with way too many lights and too much noise...and Frank will be the first person I look to.
You can't beat this kind of service and product with any size stick.

2 Fever's up to Frank and his team!

    Mark

Well I can for sure state that it has all to do with the Vendor, the packaging and the shipper. I have had alot of both negative and positive of both. As a rule if you have a good vendor and good packaging you will come out fine. It is sure nice to see Frank get the credit he deserves.

I was just talking to another member about another vendor and I particularly liked his comment on the vendor we were discussing. The legacy he used to have was the description he aptly used.

    Drunkenclam (interesting nickname),

    I'm considering the following:
    Julie
    Macross
    Cutie Honey
    Horror Mansion

I suppose it'll come down to availability...

Well you just missed out on Cutie Honey. But that should give you a guide price for that one.
But all those machines have good reports

Thanks for the good review! I actually have a Julie in stock, but it isn't listed on the site and it is in a custom made frame. Sadly I just sold my last two Macross machines and have to update the site, but I am still selling an Eva 6 / Macross Cell combo for the same price as a Macross machine. Send me an email if you want any more info!

I bought a pachinko and pachislo from Frank last year and there is not one bad thing I could say. His service is awesome and he really cares about his customers. One of the best transactions I ever had!!

I'll buy from Frank again in a second, without any hesitation.

I had just received a Cyborg 009 pachinko from Custom Pachinko on Wednesday. FedEx really did a number to my machine even though the machine was packed well.
For some reason, they love to drop them on on end. They knocked all of the pc boards off of the back of my machine, snapping almost all of the push pull rivets that hold
the boards in place and actually cracked a lot ot the plastic that hold the rivets in place. Thank goodness for super glue and ty raps. That is what is holding all of the
electronics in place. Thankfully, the machine is still in working order, after I put everything back in it's place. Does anyone have any of these push pull rivets? (see pic)
The only place I can find online to purchase them is in England. Can anyone help?

It is something like it. Pretty much all ot the pachinko machines have them. They can be reused over and over again.
They are not soft plastic like automotive parts are.
