Default A Pair of the good stuff!

Well it's been a while-when we last spoke I was asking about my Sophia, now here's another couple.

One is a Nishijin a little newer then my other one, the other is a Sanyo that may be for sale but it's too far for me to get.

This one may be for sale in Detroit/Plymouth MI area, we'll see.

If I'm not mistaken, the Nishijin is a Model A machine that has several characteristics of a Model C. The "All 13" in the upper left is standard on nearly all of the Model C machines I have seen (some say 'All 15'), and the foul ball chute on the right side is pretty typical on the Model C as well. Can you post a close up shot of the stickers in the lower right of the playfield, as well as some pictures of the back? I would be very interested to see if we can date this machine and what that date might be.

    Nice find!!

    Nice find!!
Have you lost your pachinko balls? It is a model B not a model A. They never made model A's with those style trays on them. But It also could be a model C and not a B.

Can you please clear up some confusion and post a picture of the back whenever you get a chance.

Great find by the way. Looks like the center feature has chickens on it.

As you may recall from a previous thread, my Pachinko balls are of the smaller size.

Anyhow, you are correct MX - I posted that response last night while still at work near the end of a 14 hour day. I obviously was not seeing (or thinking) clearly at that point. Now that I am rested and have the first cup of coffee of the day in my veins, I can see my mistake and agree that it probably is a model C. That first photo is where I went wrong; I mistook the ball payout opening in the lower left as the jackpot view window on a Model A.

Anyhow, I appreciate you setting me straight and dragging my Pachinko balls back out as a topic for discussion.

I would say a model C. But I have a model B that is very similar. The main difference is I don't think my model B has the All 13 sticker on it.

I'm going to say it is a model B

We'll see who is right mopar.

Unless I'm mistaken, ONLY the Model C's had the "FOUL" feature. IMHO, it ain't a Model B.
I'm not addicted to Pachinkos. I can quit at any time. Did I tell you about the three machines that I have on the way?
