could I use a plug in transformer PIKO G SCALE TRANSFORMER 120V / 24VDC / 1.9A for my power flash machine I believe i would have to install a jumper for the two fuses . the leads would connect to the two most right lugs correct?

Not sure on the fuse jumping...I have heard of it...but never studied the process as I went for a center tap transformer. If you have the stock 10v bulbs, they will brpobably blow. if that wiring will safely work, then swapping to 24v bulbs should do. Since the transformer you are trying is DC, then you will have to hook up downstream of thadiodes as I don't know what happens if DC is run through a bridge rectifier. The diodes purpose is to convert AC to DC.
