Ok, the transformer got here the other day. Do you have a wiring diagram for this? Is it as simple as ripping the diodes out and wiring the 24v to the solenoids and the 12v to the lights?

This is a centertap transformer. Wiring across the 2 yellow leads (bottom) will output 24v, wiring from yellow to black will output 12v. The 2 black leads at the top are the 120v in.

Be sure to check voltages with a meter before connecting them to your machine!

whoaaaa...the transformer is an AC unit.. ac power input and ac power output.. the diades are required to convert it to DC power... you need those diodes
post a close up of the upper right (backside) of your machine.. im sure the wires are there.. i do not have a wiring diagram.. but i could doddle one up if needed..

mmmm. ok. I thought from your previous posts that the point of the dual tap transformer was getting rid of the diodes... jumped to conclusions I guess. So I still have to repair the diode bridge rectifier.
Well, the original transformer that came with it has a 24v output, so the lights that are in there are 24v. If with the new transformer the 24v is to run the solenoids and the 12v is to run the lights, 'll need to switch the lights to 12v ones.
Yeah, a schematic or video would be great. I might be able to post a pic tonight.
