Default just got my first vintage pachinko saying hi and a few ?

i have been in the amusment biz for quite some time and work on all kinds of arcade pinball and redemption games

the other day i was out and about and in a package deal got an eltoro pinball and a old daiichi pachinko
(75$ for bolth i feel like i sotole the pinball lol)

    the pinball works flawless
and after a little tinkering i have gotten the daiichi pachinko to work excpt the bonus when paid out always dumps out the back

i really like the game and so i decide to clean it up and add it to my personal collection
i touched up some of the missing gell that was on the plastics
and its now running flawless excpt for the payout dumping out the back

    so hello all
    here some pics
and anyone have any tips on getting the payout to actually come out the front

    First off

    Welcome to Pachitalk

    second some help

when the jackpot ball fall from the payout holder they would hit a piece of plastic that sends them to the right and directs them to the top shooter tray out front..

Vintage Pachi have several anti theft mechs.. one of them is to make sure you could not reach around and trip your own jackpots.. (i do this when im emptying a machine for travel) last of the balls are then dumped out back...

there is a catch point during the payout sequence that is missing on your machine.. it thinks your stealing..

something is stuck or broken... Im at work right now and cant look at a machine to help ya but if ya dont have it sorted by the time i get home ill take a look and figure it out for ya...

its the first time i have heard of your type of problem.. but i know we can sort it out for ya...

great machine, it is nice to see one that has all the parts on it (I just made one working machine out of two but am still missing most of the covers from the back)

Should be easy to figure out what is wrong, Mopar is right, something is stuck or you have a small blockage redirecting the payout to the cheater shoot

"B" is very close in workings to the Daiichi setup.

Here are two videos I just shot for you that will help I hope.

First is it working normally during payout and the second is me showing what happens when the lever won't drop so you know what to look at for troubleshooting.

glad I was able to help with my franken pachi. If you have any other questions feel free to ask.

The leaf switch for the win light is behind the part you adjusted and the low ball light switch is very easy to see under the top hopper. It looks like you have all the wiring so it is just hooking up a battery or 9 volt wall wart to the right pins (I am not sure witch ones as I had to wire from scratch on mine) check the bulbs and make sure the points line up on the leaf switch.

lol thanks the machine did turn out rather noce considering it came from a basment full of nasty saw dust and everything was coverd in spider webs (the pinball i got from the raid was anchored to the wall with them )

i have been a crazy collector for some time and being in the arcade/pinball repair biz i com across some crazy fun things

here is my collection as it sits now

    my works in progress room

everything in there is actually fully working excpt the digital pinball im working on they just need paint or various finishing touches

then over the past week i added these to my collection but they are still at the shop
