Can someone please help?

Hello everyone...
Well, I just recieved my Sinbad Adventures.....Only took 8 days. oh well, so as yo u can immagine im very excited to start playing....the only problem is, is that I cant open the door...Is there a special trick? I tried the keys, two came with it...One that is flat and has divits on the sides and then the other one is like a small key lock.....the little key lock one does not fit the front lock so as of right now I have no clue what its for....as for the other key, it will mack the lock turn to the left and I can here something happen but the front will not open and if i turn in to the right it moves a little but nothing happens.....can anyone shed some light please.....thank you...

oh, thank god.....false alarm everyone.....I had to push on the top of the door, I guess to close it all the way then the mechanism worked properly...thx guys.....
