    Default Missing Pins

My board has some missing pins. They are pretty uniform and right next to the jackpots. I'm assuming this was done to make it easier to win JP's. Is this a common practice?

Yes, pins are removed to make the machines pay out jackpots easier. Sometimes it makes the machines way too "loose", which requires you to constantly refill the jackpot ball hopper. I prefer the adjust the nails to make the machine more loose, as opposed to removing nails.

Are there holes where the nails were, or were they cut off? If they are just missing, then you can replace them pretty easily with nails from a parts machine. Send me a PM if you need some. I have several parts machines in my shop.

They look like they were removed. If you zoom in, you should be able to see the holes. And this machine is looser that a $2 ... lady of the evening. I think I'll leave em out. Plan to have my niece an nephew play with it. It'll be more exciting for them if they win.

Replace the Brass Nail Braids then "Adjust " the "Flow " of play . It will look nicer with those Brass Nail Braids back in and you can make it as tight or loose as you want with the Brass Nail Braids installed

Just twisting a quote from "Silence of the Lambs" to fit the situation. Sorry, my humor is sometimes a bit obscure.

It will really improve the looks of the machine with the new nails. You might have to take a little extra work to clean the old ones but it will sure make the machine look alot nicer and it can be set to play so loose with the pins in that you will never run out of balls in the shooter tray.
