I modified a jumping jack corkscrew. However, half way through the legs on it broke off but I guess that is what you get for buying a $2 corkscrew. To fix it I just went and glued some wood legs on it. Now it is working great.

Attached are some pictures of it.

What I did was drill out the corkscrew part of it and then I found a strip of metal that fit inside the slot. Next I went and bent it to a right angle and then cut a V in it. And then I had to add some wood elevators because the aluminum one broke at the seam.
