I am a first time buyer and looking at a Comet Barcrest. Does anyone have any information on this machine and what I show be looking for prior to buying?

for a first time buyer its nearly impossable to beat experience...

look it over and see if anything looks broken or missing.. hopefully it is comeplete and playable so you know it works..

of course if you can post pictures pictures hear we can help ya out with any questions

its an older Pachislo... value is hard to say... but thouse older machines dont seem to hold any value... does it come with any tokens???

the picture looks like it is powered up.. i dont see any error codes... if you happy with the price it appers to be workable...

I will have to check on the tockens. It takes quarters. The price their asking is $300.

Way overpriced! Skip it unless a whole bunch of quarters come with it. Tokens probably won't work either until it is converted back.
Find another using Craigslist.com or searchtempest.com.

Built in 2000 by Barcrest. I'd might go as high as $80-$100 for it.

Barcrest didnt make alot of Pachislo's is its kinda rare but still an older machine.

Missed the post earlier. Had a chance to buy a local Egyptian Queen quite a while back. Was undecided--gone now--just as well. Seems like Del Sol would be the most enjoyable to play of the three. Would you agree?

depends on your likes and dislikes.. Egyptian queen has the video screen... and Del Sol plays very nice as well..
