Default Anyone hear from "Slot-pachinko" lately?

I bought a pachinko cabinet from slot-pachinko last Tuesday, but have heard nothing. I've sent some emails with no response. Im glad I used paypal so I can file for refund, but how long should I wait? I did call and he said that he would send an email with tracking number, but nothing since.

Curt is spotty with replys. Maybe just wait a little more if you can stand it but after many discussions about them all I will say is S-P is all over the place with the quality and quickness of their customer support, shipment and the ability the send you the right machine in certian situations .

Typical Curt! I CAN tell you the 4 machine I have gotten from Curt have all have a story with them but as a whole S=P has done right by as a whole but at times it has been a bumpy ride. I am sure you'll get your cabinet!

I received the cabinet today...the same day I received an email telling me that they sent me the tracking number they same day they sent it...of course on this response email today she left off the tracking number to give to me so...anyway...I got it, but buyer beware. I also received a second email from them answering an email about a replacement speaker I was looking for last week. (sigh)

One of my Buddies is a pretty good Carpenter and I got him a Spiderman 2 from Curt. He was thinking of helping me make a cabinet in a Kit form. Now that would be useful!

Just want to be clear...slot-pachinko is a quality seller...I just wish they were nicer to their customers. I bought 2 machines and three cabinets now, great quality, excellent condition..it's just I'll never understand why they treat their customers the way they do.

I'm curious Mactek, when you bought your two machines, did you had to cross the border to go to the US and pick the machine in a FedEx store or something?

You DO have give to S-P their due. They pack their pachis very well, there is 0 movement when it comes and it WILL take you a little time to unwrap!

As for how they treat their customers? Well as Curt will tell you, We are the largest importer and seller of pachis in the world! We sell them to people
in Europe,Russia etc. They have been in business for awhile. I know when I have mentioned pachitalk to Curt on some questions I had about a machine,
he has not seen this place in the greatest of light... Even when having a good conversation with Curt it has turned bad in a second. When my first Yamato machine went South
He told me a power surge did it. KEEP in mind it was plugged into rather DECENT surge protector and it was verified okay...

It cost me $135 to have my old one picked up and a new one delivered. I have thread about it somewhere...
The point is even with all that I would get a machine from them again if they had something I really wanted. They do honor their
warren-tee of 6 months and they package machines well. It is JUST at times they are not very consistent and while troubling at times it is
something we all deal with if S-P has something we want...

I would buy from them again but I don't like how full of BS Curt is, half of what he says is an out right lie and half of the rest is questionable, if you need proof just look at his adds for cabinets, volume controls and the play description for every pachinko ever listed on the site. And his standard line "I have 25 of that machine on the container but 24 have been paid for already" and the line about the Ferrari pachinko "only 20 were ever made" It makes it hard to trust anything from a man that shines a good light on used car salesmen.

Yea, I don't want to bash another vendor, but I know they definitely are not the biggest seller in the world. (I am not even sure if they are still even the largest in the US)

Thanks for the tip Frank. We know we can count on you.

For the heck of it and a touch of disposable income I ordered their Austin Powers Pachislo. I'm a bit of an Austin nut and have a few collectable items from the Austin Powers world.

I'll keep you all updated on the order process as it goes along. Just giving them the benefit of the doubt.

    Stay tuned!

By the way Frank, I still have your Speed Racer and Ultraman in my sights!! Post your vids and photos on your website soon!! Thanks in advance!

Well the Rambo Pachinko arrived today and it being a Heiwa BROS machine with a lighted "Belly plate" .

I had my work cut out for me like how to clean the front ball path . This machine you have a fancy way to get the front ball tray assembly open to clean the parts and a "Hidden" Door too !!

    And More Pictures

I found the speaker connectors Behind the power supply that has one tiny screw on the right hand side that you have to remove and of course take great care with the cables that connect to the boards in back and hopefully no bent or broken pins while doing so .

The Rambo Machine is SUPER LOUD and the Bass speaker has a Massive voice coil on it
