I can't exit the menu on my Shadow Hearts II

I'm having some trouble with my new Shadow Hearts II.
When I power up the machine the menu shows, not the attract mode.
After trying all options I can find, I have not been able to exit the menu.
Additionally, if anyone can help translate , that would be terrific.

So my shiny Shadow Hearts II sits quiet and unplayed because I can't find the exit to the menu screen
I should offer a reward for useful help.

Have you tried a Full Reset to clear the Menu Problem?

Are there are no switches key/rocker anywhere? that you can switch off. Then reset the power? I don't know anything about pachislos

I assume if you keep hitting enter. It returns to the menu screen in pic 4?
Can you give me a complete screen shot of pic 4 as the bottom box is cut off

Today I was a little less dumb. My Shadow hearts II is now in business
The inside key cylinder with missing key, is not a reset/ odds lock...there is no lock. [red herring]
That gul darn keyhole locks access to the motherboard. [I removed it]
Reset & odds are accessed by a toggle mounted on the motherboard.
