One of my Punk Idols from my younger days, Poly Styrene has passed away from cancer at only 53 years old.

Her real name Marianne Joan Elliott-Said, but mostly known as Poly Styrene from the Punk Band X-Ray Specs

I was not too familar to her since when it comes to britpunk i have mostly been litsen to a bit later Oi! of tha 80s like Business, Toy dolls, Rejects, Last resort etc etc and so. But i do have LP which has the name of that song you linked "Germ Free Adolescents"...I especially remembering song "I am a poseur" and of course "Oh bondage up yours".

Very unique voice of her, and if i also remembered correct, song "Oh bondage up yours" featured in the movie of "Sid & Nancy" from 1986 very early in movie!

RIP anyway!
