with windows vist i can right click and it gives me an option for a translator...

i think 2200 yen is about 22 or 23 dollers... but keep in mind you can not buy it... you have to use another person in japan to buy it and mail it to you... its not cheep but sometimes its the only way to get an item..

Also how does Google translator work?

You go in you can click either detect language or the language it is in and then in the other box you select english. then you go and enter the URL for the page in the text box then you click translate. It is as easy as that.
