This seems to be one of the more popular pachislo's out there for it's great theme and large screen, and one that's suitable for all the family to play

From this and Shoutbox comments, I'm not sure if the member is requiring reels or a pic of the reels to check alignment maybe?

Possibly, but I don't think so, as they have asked for help in the Shoutbox

and I asked the member to post, but maybe they have posted in this thread as the model is the same,
