Recently bought Heiwa and Nishijin

Recently bought these two machines. The first is a Nishijin Castle; it is a model B can’t tell exact year it was built due to the fact that the sticker is missing. The other is a Heiwa Bull; it was built in 74 other than that I need more info on it. Also it has a few issues. First is that the lock for the front frame is broken (see image), I need some help on how to fix this. Second is that among all of the blue spinners there is one red one, I some one has a spare red on or blue one I would love to have it. Last is that there is a sticker that says "no touch" on it, I was just wondering if this was common for these machines. Any info will be great regarding this machine.

Love the Heiwa. Really unique machine. Never seen the "No Touch" label before. The bird reminds me of the Partridge Family opening theme or the NBC Peacock.

Does anybody know how I might be able to solve the problem with the lock for the frame.

Is that lock cylinder just missing a nut on one end or did it pull through the wood? You might want to start a pachinko support ticket with the question.
