fedex delivery email scam!!

i got an email, that my fedex package was on the way and to click on a "zip" file to see shipping info,

i didn't buy anything--its spam

I never open any attachments or links unless I am certain of their origin. There are too many viruses and malware programs out there to take the risk.

Sometimes I receive attachments or links from friends that I am not expecting or look suspicious, so I bounce an email back to them before opening just to verify it is legit. Several times my friends were not aware of the email sent from their accounts, and turned out there accounts were hacked.

Be careful out there.

I've gotten more than a few of those lately, look at the CC, it's usually got like 20 people listed.

i have been geting ups ones and fedex ones both... liks said above 20 or more CC's and if ya look at the sent addy its not right either...

I get those fake delivery emails too, even in the UK, and usually UPS, I always delete them straight away
