Imatrix Canada - my experience so far...
I finally found a company in Canada that sells Pachinko balls without having to deal with the duty, taxes and horrific shipping charges that I would get from ordering Stateside.
Imatrix Canada. They responded to my 1st query asking questions about their products and shipping charges, assuring me they had stock of all the requested products. It all seemed reasonable so I ordered 500 balls... there was no field to indicate quantity desired. There was no field to indicate shipping charges. there was no field to put my shipping address...at this point I'm sceptical but as it's only $30 so I'm not too concerned...
... 8 days later and I've heard not a word from them. No notification email, no shipping email, nothing but a Paypal receipt.
I've even sent emails to each of the associated email addresses I had for them, asking for "Some" sort or response. Nothing... I'll keep you informed of my progress, or lack thereof in the coming days.
